Over the last 8 years Brian LoBue and Simran Bindra have been behind putting Tanzanian cocoa on the map thanks to their commitment towards fair prices and quality.
Cacao for this 72% Dark Chocolate comes from approximately 2,400 smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, in the heart of Tanzania. In the small village Mbingu, wet cocoa beans are purchased at a premium by Kokoa Kamili for meticulous processing. When brought to the market it is regarded by many as among the best in the world.
