Every year we like to ring the changes with our Christmas Blend Tea and this year it's a gorgeous, warming mix of plum, blackberry leaves, cassia and cinnamon over a China tea base.
Mild spiciness from the cinnamon is complemented by some sweet, stone fruit notes that when brewed on its own give some great aromas and when accompanied with milk deliver a delicious, chai-like taste.
