The beauty of brewing pour over with this type of filter is that it can be used over and over again, reducing on the production of paper filters and cost of buying them. You can however, expect different results compared to paper filter. Similar to cafetière, this will give more a fuller mouthfeel and mask some acidity so for this brew method we would recommend a coffee like our Stereotype or Archetype. This set also includes a holder to put your used filter in and doubles up as a handy measuring scoop.
