This Simon Coll Cinnamon Chocolate has a subtle warming, spiced flavour and can be used at to make different strengths of drinking chocolate or as a cooking ingredient. Known as "a la taza", this bar makes a thick, creamy hot chocolate ideal for dunking your Churros or sweetbread is made with a touch of cornflour (suitable for coeliacs) and a subtle warming note of cinnamon. Each block is portioned into 25g pieces which they recommend dissolving in a pan of warm milk at a ratio of 1:2, 1:3 or 1:4 depending on your own personal preference.
