The Torch Mountain Coffee Dripper is elegant and simple, made up of two parts. A white Mino Yaki style porcelain cone that helps maintain consistent heat for brewing and is non porous to minimise taints and an untreated white ash base that gains character from the natural staining of regular use. But what is probably the best feature of this dripper is that the shape of the cone allows use of any type of filter paper, be it a Kalita wave, Hario V60 or Filtropa flat bottom.
