This Matcha whisk, otherwise known as a Chasen, is the traditional tool used for preparing Matcha tea. Fine Bamboo prongs help whisk your Matcha into a froth and dissolve any clumps in the powder into a silky consistency. Use 1g of Matcha to 100ml of water between 50-60C. Add powder to the water and whisk for at least 30 seconds in a bowl, whisking from side to side. Made out of one single piece of bamboo, this whisk is ideal used with ourAsigiri Matcha.
