This Land 73% Nicaraguan Chocolate is made using the highly-prized Nicaliso bean, sourced from Nicaragua. With a pleasant citrus note running through you can find notes of black olive, grapefruit and tannins. Nicagarua's complex and exciting bean varieties play a central role in Land's chocolate range which is roasted, winnowed, ground, conched and wrapped under the same roof at their workshop in Hackney.
Ingredients: cocoa bean, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter.
