This Togo Swiss Milk Chocolate from Pump Street is their take on an extra creamy, 44% Swiss style milk chocolate. Featuring two high quality ingredients, this bar is made from cocoa beans from the women-run Kekeli Cooperative in Togo and Swiss milk powder. The result is a delicious and unique tasting chocolate with notes of baked cheesecake, whey caramel and warm spices.
Originally an award winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, Pump Street started making chocolate in 2012. Sourcing cacao from growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin, they tailor their roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.
Ingredients - cane sugar, cocoa beans, organic cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder. We also handle gluten, dairy, seeds & nuts on the premises.
