This Bullion 70% Cacao Single Origin Chocolate bar is made using only the finest heirloom beans from the Tieng Gang region of Vietnam. It comes laden with flavour, with notes of honey and plum, this bar gives a sweeter treat with all the depth of a Damson Gin.

As a company, Bullion say they set out to discover the “gold” in cacao. Meaning the distinct and complexed nuances that can be found in beans from a single location. They are known as a Bean to Bar chocolate producer which means that cocoa beans are roasted, winnowed, refined, conched, tempered and moulded all on site at their factory in Sheffield.
