This Single Estate 70% Grenada Chocolate from Pump Street has a slightly tart blackberry note and floral aroma, which is balanced in a rich but creamy chocolate. These cocoa beans come from the organic Crayfish Bay Estate in Grenada.
Originally an award winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, Pump Street started making chocolate in 2012. Sourcing cacao from growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin, they tailor their roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.
Ingredients - organic cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter. We also handle gluten, dairy & nuts on the premises.
