This Land Chocolate Bar is a good example of the similarities between coffee and chocolate production. Roasting the cocoa beans slightly longer than normal gives this 65% chocolate bar a more intense flavour. The chocolate has underlying coffee aromas which perfectly balances the sweetness of the malt barley.
Chocolate has been a part of Atkinsons heritage since 1837, our original advert promoting "the sale of coffee, tea spices and refined London cocoa".
