From bakers and chocolate makers Pump Street in Suffolk, this chocolate features flavours of smokey maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and toasted pecans made with cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador. This bean to bar milk chocolate uses real shortcrust pastry, ground into the chocolate which, when combined with maple sugar and caramelised pecans, produces a buttery flavour and slightly crunchy texture.
Cocoa beans, cane sugar, caramelised maple pecans (17.4%) (pecans (nuts), pure maple sugar, demerara sugar), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, pastry (7.4%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, icing sugar, salt).
