This is a rich and creamy bar newly added to the Bullion range. Enriched with chewy pieces of caramel and world famous crunchy Maldon Sea Salt since 1882, this balances salty and sweet perfectly.
As a company, Bullion say they set out to discover the “gold” in cacao. Meaning the distinct and complexed nuances that can be found in beans from a single location. They are known as a Bean to Bar chocolate producer which means that cocoa beans are roasted, winnowed, refined, conched, tempered and moulded all on site at their factory in Sheffield. The flavour in these chocolates really is top notch and with its luxurious black and gold packaging you know you've got something special.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Whole Milk Powder, Caramel Pieces, Cream, Butter, Sea salt, Cocoa Butter & Cane Sugar.
