Bullion Dark Whisky Nibs are infused with whisky from the spirit of Yorkshire distillery and blended with a 70% dark chocolate. These are blended with a 70% dark chocolate also from Ecuador Santo Domingo, then hand tempered and moulded in Sheffield.
As a company, Bullion say they set out to discover the “gold” in cacao. Meaning the distinct and complexed nuances that can be found in beans from a single location. They are known as a Bean to Bar chocolate producer which means that cocoa beans are roasted, winnowed, refined, conched, tempered and moulded all on site at their factory in Sheffield. The flavour in these chocolates really is top notch and with its luxurious black and gold packaging you know you've got something special.
