This 70% Ecuador Santo Domingo enriched bar is new to the Bullion range. Fiery stem ginger pieces, sugar rolled and studded into a classic Hallmark dark chocolate.
As a company, Bullion say they set out to discover the “gold” in cacao. Meaning the distinct and complexed nuances that can be found in beans from a single location. They are known as a Bean to Bar chocolate producer which means that cocoa beans are roasted, winnowed, refined, conched, tempered and moulded all on site at their factory in Sheffield. The flavour in these chocolates really is top notch and with its luxurious black and gold packaging you know you've got something special.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar & Ginger.
