These dark Belgian hot chocolate drops are made from 50% cocoa solids to create a luxurious hot chocolate. Unlike some hot chocolates this gives a good flavour and texture without becoming overly sweet. That's why its our hot chocolate of choice in all our Lancaster cafes. If you're making this at home, melt two scoops of hot chocolate drops in a pan with a drop of boiling water to create a paste. Then stir stir in a cup of milk and heat until it's good and hot. Alternatively, if your espresso machine is fired up, follow the same process and steam it up to temperature in a milk pitcher.
