This Simon Coll Vanilla bean to bar Chocolate is ideal for those who like a slightly thicker hot chocolate or cooking chocolate. Known as "a la taza", this bar makes a thick, creamy hot chocolate ideal for dunking your Churros or sweetbread is made with a touch of cornflour (suitable for coeliacs) and Vanilla. Each block is portioned into 25g pieces which they recommend dissolving in a pan of warm milk at a ratio of 1:2, 1:3 or 1:4 depending on your own personal preference.
Ingredients : Cocoa paste, Sugar, Cornstarch, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin), Natural Vanilla aroma and Vanilla Bourbon powder. Cocoa: 60% minimum.
