This Bullion 70% Ecuador Dark single origin dark bar is made using only the finest heirloom cacao nacional beans from the Cedeno Aguilar family farm in Santo Domingo. This farm stretches out amongst the rolling hills in the heart of Ecuador’s cacao growing region. Creamy, rich and sweet, our single origin dark milk bar is the newest addition to Bullion’s collection. With notes of butterscotch and vanilla, this bar gives a sweeter treat without compromising on craft.
As a company, Bullion say they set out to discover the “gold” in cacao. Meaning the distinct and complexed nuances that can be found in beans from a single location. They are known as a Bean to Bar chocolate producer which means that cocoa beans are roasted, winnowed, refined, conched, tempered and moulded all on site at their factory in Sheffield. The flavour in these chocolates really is top notch and with its luxurious black and gold packaging you know you've got something special.
