Waves of fresh summer fruitiness wash over this zingy & zesty black China tea blend to make a refreshing brew. Similar to our Blue Sky Blend but without the bergamot, you can expect a tea with a more fruity flavour profile. To be enjoyed as a hot uplifting infusion or why not try it chilled as a scrumptious chilled ice tea?
We brew 1 teaspoon per cup for 2-3 minutes. Brewing slightly lighter works well with this one to avoid toomuch bitterness developing.
If you're trying this chilled, double your dose and half your brewing water, add a teaspoon of sugar and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice, then pour over ice.
