By displacing air from the canister oxygen is kept out helping preserve the coffees flavour and aroma. Unlike a conventional airtight container the Miir Canister's accordion style seal allows you to push air out no matter how full your canister is. Just push the inner lid down and flick the switch to create a seal. A screw top provides a neat looking lid and makes it easy to throw in your bag and bring back for a refill. Wipe seal with a damp cloth to clean, don't dish wash or soak.
Made from lightweight stainless steel with a Hardshell™ black powder coat these have a really good build quality that should last you a long time. Easy to clean, these are also BPA free. As a certified B-Corb Miir meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency certified by a non profit B lab.
